BUMP GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This campaign is organized by Amo SAS ("Bump"), with registered office at 29 Boulevard des Italiens, Paris, France.

The campaign starts on 21.05.2026 at 00:01 (Romania local time) and ends on 07.06.2026 at 23:59 (Romania local time).

Any activity outside the campaign period will not be considered.

The giveaway leaderboard will be updated daily every evening at 20:00 Romania local time throughout the campaign period.

The winners will be officially announced on 08.06.2026 on Nio's TikTok and Instagram channels.

This giveaway is open exclusively to participants located within Romanian territory.

To participate, users must:

• have an active Bump account;
• register through the dedicated giveaway page during the campaign period;
• comply with Bump's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Participants under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If a minor is selected as a winner:

• the prize can only be awarded with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian;
• the Organizer may request identity confirmation and contact details of the parent/legal guardian;
• prizes for minors will only be delivered to the parent or legal guardian.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse prize delivery if the required parental/legal consent is not provided.

One entry per person is permitted.

The use of multiple accounts, fake accounts, bots, automated activity, spam behavior or any attempt to manipulate the campaign may result in immediate disqualification.

The prizes will be awarded to the 3 eligible participants who accumulate the highest number of valid "Intros" during the campaign period.

For the purpose of this campaign, only the Intros accumulated after a participant's registration into the giveaway will be taken into consideration.

Example:

• if a participant already had 10 Intros before registering into the giveaway;
• those initial 10 Intros will NOT count towards the giveaway leaderboard.

Only the Intros earned after successful registration into the campaign and before 07.06.2026 at 23:59 Romania local time will count towards the leaderboard and final ranking.

Participants may notice that the total number of Intros displayed inside the app is higher than the number displayed on the giveaway leaderboard.

This difference exists because:

• the app displays the participant's total lifetime Intros;
• while the giveaway leaderboard only displays Intros accumulated after registration into the giveaway.

The participant's previous Intro count existing before registration will therefore be subtracted from the total displayed inside the app when calculating the giveaway leaderboard ranking.

An Intro will only be considered valid once the invited person:

• creates a Bump account;
• and becomes an active user on the app.

Only valid activity recorded by Bump systems will be considered.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all activity, accounts and rankings before confirming winners.

Any attempt to manipulate the campaign, rankings, or platform activity may lead to disqualification.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• fake accounts;
• spam activity;
• artificially generated Intros;
• use of multiple accounts;
• automated activity;
• abusive or suspicious behavior;
• any violation of Bump Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Bump reserves the right to:

• remove participants;
• invalidate suspicious activity;
• adjust rankings if fraudulent activity is detected;
• disqualify entries that violate these Terms & Conditions.

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, rankings and disqualification are final.

Winners will be selected based on the final leaderboard ranking at the end of the campaign period, after internal verification by the Bump team.

In the event that two or more participants have the same number of valid Intros at the end of the campaign period, the higher ranking position will be awarded to the participant who registered first for the giveaway campaign, based on the Organizer's internal systems and registration timestamps.

Prizes will be awarded to:

• 1st place – iPhone 17
• 2nd place – MacBook Neo
• 3rd place – AirPods Max

Winners will be contacted directly by the Bump team via phone call and/or other contact information associated with their Bump account in maximum 10 days from the announcement of the winners.

Before receiving the prize, winners may be required to:

• confirm their identity;
• confirm eligibility;
• provide any necessary information required for prize delivery.

If a winner is under 18 years old:

• written parental/legal guardian consent will be required;
• the prize will only be delivered to the parent or legal guardian.

The winners will receive their prizes only after identity verification by the Bump team and completion of all required validation steps.

If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, fails to confirm identity, or does not provide the required parental/legal consent (where applicable), the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant in the ranking.

Prizes:

• are non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives;
• will only be delivered within Romanian territory.

By participating in the campaign, participants understand and agree that certain personal data may be processed for the purpose of:

• campaign administration;
• leaderboard management;
• winner verification;
• prize delivery;
• fraud prevention.

By registering to the giveaway, participants also expressly consent to the Organizer displaying their:

• Bump profile name;
• Bump profile image;

within the public Top 10 giveaway leaderboard during the campaign period.

Data will be processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and Bump's Privacy Policy.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• technical issues;
• internet/network interruptions;
• app malfunctions;
• unauthorized access to participant accounts;
• incomplete or invalid entries caused by technical problems;
• temporary delays in leaderboard updates or display synchronization between the app and giveaway leaderboard;
• delays in contacting winners or prize delivery caused by third parties or circumstances outside the Organizer's reasonable control.

Additionally, the Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, damages, losses or issues arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• technical malfunctions;
• internet or platform outages;
• shipping or delivery delays;
• third-party service provider failures;
• force majeure events;
• acts or omissions of participants.

The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the campaign, the app, the leaderboard or related services during the campaign period.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the proper operation of the giveaway, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, delay, modify or cancel the campaign or prize distribution process without liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Bump reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the proper conduct of the campaign.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend the campaign period if, by the end of the initial campaign period, the participants ranked in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place have not collectively accumulated at least 50 valid Intros.

Any extension of the campaign period, together with the updated end date, will be communicated through the official campaign channels.

Any significant changes will be communicated through official Bump or campaign communication channels.

By participating in this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as Bump's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
